Gary is an innovative leader and strategist with expertise in the hotel and convention management industries and viewed as passionate, articulate and connected. With more than two decades of hospitality experience, he possesses an expertise in a variety of sales and sales leadership roles, including corporate transient, leisure, and group with past management experience of a large team of tenured sales professionals. In an industry relations capacity, Gary served as Chapter President for MPI-NCC, 2020-2021 and is currently a member of the PCMA Foundation Board of Trustees.

Prior to joining MC&A, Robert was Director of Business Development at Cappa & Graham Terramar and Account Executive for Events & Tradeshows at AFR Furniture Rentals. Robert is an award-winning leader in the meeting and events industry, and has served on the boards of both MPI-NCC and PCMA-NCC.
